Figment 2 and four more games

If I were to say that more than 340 games, DLCs, and other miscellaneous content updates were released on Steam this week—what would you say? I know what I would say. I am glad I am a gamer and not a studio or publisher who has to worry about how to market their game to get seen and heard. I guess you could say that I suffer from this as well as I have to go through these release lists each week. But I rather be on this side of the stick than the other, because that side of the stick slaps hard.

It should go without saying. But there will come a time when I must hire an assistant to help me sort through all games and DLCs the industry churns out each week. No, this is not an invitation for you to send an job application. But I will gladly accept your best cookie recipe if you have one to share. God knows I need all the empty calories I can get my hands on if this becomes the new norm. And what better way to do that than eating cookies, right?

I do not think I have to tell you this. But given the sheer number of releases this week, I had to go back and forth on what games to add. Although some games were decided on weeks ago, I also had some games that were added to the list just to be removed some odd hours later. This obviously went on for a couple of days before I settled on what you can scroll through today. So without further ado, here are some of this week’s highlights!

Masterplan Tycoon by Bureau Bravin

Creepy Tale 3: Ingrid Penance by Studio

The inexpensive and highly rated

I have no idea how I managed to pick five games out of the pool of releases I had to work with this week. But I did it and hope you will find something to your liking. If not, I have some under-the-radar suggestions that might tickle your fancy instead.

How about the inexpensive and highly rated Gunlocked and Bonraiser Minions? The former just got a DLC, while the latter left early access. Gunlocked and its new DLC are on sale until March 13, 2023, and Boneraiser Minions is on sale until March 23, 2023. If you have yet to buy and play either of these games and enjoy the bullet hell and bullet heaven genre, now is a perfect time to do so.

If you are looking for something bigger and more well known, I have you covered on that front as well. How about Return to Castlevania, the new DLC for Dead Cells, or the prologue for Ash of Gods: The Way? Completely different games but all the same hard to master. So whatever you decide to go with, good luck.

Now that I think about it, I might need some luck myself. Yes, I am about to try The Karters 2: Turbo Charged and have no idea what to expect. I know there are karts and guns. Yes, guns. Aside from that, I know as much as anyone else. Whatever the outcome is, I will talk about it at a later date. Until that day comes, take care, and I will see you here next Saturday!
